“PAST ITS PRIME Unfortunately when I smelled eucalyptus, mint, it implies that the wine is going downhill. The palette confirmed my observation; very thin on the body, elevated acidity (which hardly goes away with age), bitterness. This was probably the oldest Spanish wine I’d ever had.
